Welcome to the Media Center for the 13th GMC Yukon Yachting Key West Race Week.
With 263 boats entered and strong competitors in every class, we expect a week of intense racing — and we expect you will find many good stories during the regatta.
To help fulfill your needs for information, here is a rundown of the press releases and articles that will be available during the week. Racing begins on Monday, January 17 and concludes Friday, January 21. Final results
will be available Friday evening. There are 16 classes racing in IMS, PHRF, and One-Design, but all contenders will be vying for one ultimate prize: the Yachting Magazine Trophy. This boat-of-the-week trophy will be awarded Friday evening.
A daily press release will be issued each night after racing and posted on the website. Fleet results will also be posted daily. A daily newspaper, the Race Week News, is also published during the event. A longer
feature story from the newspaper will be posted each night on the website if you would like more detail on the day's racing. The on-site press office will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (EST). The contact
