Another fleet of 300 boats is expected to descend on the southernmost point of the United States to compete in 20 classes on 4 divisions for over 400 trophies. You'll be racing against the world's best with race management provided by the very finest as attested by satisfied boat owners year after year.

Consistent handicap fleets of over 100 boats guarantee logical class breaks and close racing against similar boats. The one design racing is unsurpassed with new classes added every year. Last year's Swan 45 and C&C 99 debut will be followed in 2005 by the Transpac 52 class and others working to meet eligibility requirements.

The all star line up of event sponsors continues to play a pivotal role, featuring familiar names Terra Nova Trading, RealTick, Mount Gay Rum, Lewmar, Samson Rope Technologies and B&G. The Industry Partner program - now in its fourth year - tells the story of industry leaders bringing much needed stability to an important event on the international racing calendar. Please keep all of these companies on your preferred list.

The Florida Keys and Key West Monroe County Tourist Development Council, the City of Key West, and the Official Site at the Historic Seaport all continue to provide warm hospitality and critical event support.

Key West 2005 race dates are January 17-21. Please mark your calendar and make your plans. You have my promise that your Premiere Racing team will do everything it possibly can to ensure that your week in Key West is a memorable one. We hope you'll join us.

Sincerely yours,

Peter S. Craig
Event Director
